REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable guides and programs, are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access has been granted.


2. Physical Products

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unopened

Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Services & Programs

All services, sessions, and programs are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations require minimum 48 hours notice

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeited sessions or fees


4. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

Damaged or defective physical products upon arrival

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with proof (photos).
